Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a purified protein that temporarily softens the muscles responsible for dynamic expression lines — the forehead lines you make when you raise your brows, the "11s" between your eyebrows when you frown, the crow's feet that come with a smile.
At Marea, we treat Botox as a precision tool, not a uniform dose. The number of units, the placement, and the cadence are written by your provider after looking at your face at rest and in motion — and refined at every subsequent visit.
We offer Botox, Dysport (faster onset), and Daxxify (longer duration). Our providers will recommend which neuromodulator is most appropriate for your goals at your consultation.
What to expect
Standardized photography from three angles. Provider examines musculature at rest and in motion.
Topical numbing if desired. Most patients describe it as a series of small pinches. Minimal bruising.
Most patients see the first softening at day 4. Full effect by day 14.
Complimentary 2-week follow-up. We reassess and add small touch-ups, included.
Pricing, transparently.
We bill per-unit — never per-area — so you only pay for what you receive. A written estimate is provided before any treatment.

Members pay $11.50 / unit on Botox and Xeomin, with priority booking and quarterly HydraFacials included. $185 / month.

Sophie has performed over 9,000 Botox procedures in the last decade. She's a published faculty member for the Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Symposium and trains other injectors on her conservative, anatomically-mapped technique.
She sees patients Tuesday through Saturday. Most Botox appointments with Sophie are bookable within ten days.
